K236 - ROE
1. General Rules
1.1 The Royal Council can collect ingots if a player has more than 50k points.
1.2 It’s forbidden to scout or attack the Clan buildings in all kingdoms
1.3 It’s forbidden to scout or attack the memorial portal and Dragon Mound in all kingdoms
1.4 Don’t approach a monster, crypt, or resource if someone is already there or walking nearby. Mistakes and simultaneous walks happen; talk to the person before getting upset.
1.5 Make amends if you are wrong/ Mistakes happen sometimes; be accommodating.
1.6 Act in good faith; we are all friends and allies of the K236
1.7 ROE doesn’t protect computer-generated Clan players and clanless players. Outlaw players can be attacked at any time.
2. Attack
#2 Attacking K236 players is prohibited, except during the COT and under certain conditions. (See Rule #6)

It’s forbidden to scout or attack K236 players by Clan march at any time.

Attacking RSS, gold mines, DMs, Wellspring ruins, or a Village occupied by another player at any time is prohibited unless the resource is on your territory.

Attacking K236 portals at any time is prohibited unless you have an attack report that justifies a response (without such justification, the attack will be considered illegal).
3. Legitimate K236 Clan
A legitimate K236 Clan must display compliance with the K236 ROE on the Clan description page, manage recruitment on demand, and not host any Outlaw players.

A Clan will automatically become an Outlaw if the Clan leader or a superior is an Outlaw.

A Clan that mistakenly accepts an Outlaw player will have 24 hours to expel the Outlaw player; otherwise, the Clan will also be declared Outlaw.
4. Clan areas are protected and reserved for that Clan
4.1 All RSS, including DM, Wellspring Ruins, Village, or other resources on Clan territory, are protected and belong to the Clan (Crypts, Arenas, Citadels, and Monsters are NOT RSS).

4.2 The game doesn’t build villages with more than 1 million silver and doesn’t give gold mines. It’s forbidden to take resources that belong to another player.

Sometimes, players build villages or gold mines outside their Clan territory (for an alt account, as compensation, or due to a lack of space). Act in good faith and refrain from using resources built by other players. The resource’s owner has the right to expel you if necessary.
5. Dragon Mounds
5.1. Declaring the Dragon Mound in Chat //K236-DMCLAIM//, including the Dragon Mound on the Clan territory, is obligatory.
5.2. You must declare it before starting your walk. You have 5 minutes to start your walk.
5.3. It’s 1 Dragon Mound per person per 24 hours (24 hours between each DM (24 hours = 24 x 1 hour)), and it’s forbidden to declare a Dragon Mound for another player/account
5.4. It’s forbidden to change the Dragon Mound after having started to collect another Dragon Mound
5.5. Collecting Dragon mounds on another Clan’s territory is forbidden.
5.6. You will be automatically banned for 28 days for any infraction.
5.7. You don’t have to declare the Wellspring Ruins
6. Clash For The Throne - COT
The COT is the only event where you can attack another K236 player under certain conditions.

6.1 Permitted attack:
A) Bronze and Silver Heroes: an attack against a hero must not exceed -20 levels
B) Gold Heroes and above attack in other kingdoms, or by arrangement only

6.2 You can attack the same city a total of 3 times during the COT.
If a lower-power player attacks a stronger player, he can retaliate once during the same COT.

6.3 It’s forbidden to attack a player who has Ayrin as a hero. This rule is cancelled if the player with Ayrin attacks.
7. ROE Violations
Only post the illegal attack report in the Chat: {K236-VIOLATIONS}
Steps to follow in the event of an illegal attack:
A) First step: Player-to-player (wait at least 24 hours)
B) Second step: Diplomat-to-diplomat
C) If an illegal attack is not resolved after the first two stages of negotiation, the Kingdom’s mediator will take over to resolve the situation.
Don’t publish in Kingdom Chat, and requests will not be considered.
If the dispute remains unresolved, we will review the attack report and write directly to the player to request compensation. If he refuses, we will ask the Royal Council to consider him an outlaw and publish his name in the Chat: {K236-OUTLAW}
8. Community Guideline
Communications must be harmonious on the KC (Kingdom Chat). Reprimands, non-constructive criticism or conflictual communication are prohibited.

To keep the game a game, no debate, editorial, or communication of opinion on politics, religion, or any other subject that may offend the sensibilities of certain comrades will be tolerated.

You may be penalized for the following offences:
a) Crude or vulgar language
b) Sexist jokes and misogynistic remarks
c) Trolling/Hate speech
d) Provocative and dark humour
e) Intentional provocation, racism, and other forms of abuse;
f) Discrimination
g) Etc.

Therefore, it’s essential to be polite and collaborative so that our gaming environment is as pleasant as possible for everyone.
